The founder five

Five businesses. Founder pricing.

I'm taking on five businesses at a price I won't run again. You get Boshworks Studio set up on your own machine, by me, shaped around how you actually work. In return I want the truth about what's good and what isn't.

What it costs

The whole price, on one screen.

No tiers to compare, no "from", nothing that changes once you're in. This is every number.

To start £114today £228 normally

The setup fee and your first month, both cut in half. I install it with you and don't leave until something real has come out of it.

Month two £39.50a month £79 half price

Still half price, while you find out whether it's actually earning its keep.

Month three on £79a month the real price

Cancel any time. The workspace and everything in it stays yours either way.

Everything is half price for two months, then it's the real price. That's deliberate. It's an introductory rate for being early, not a cheap tier that quietly becomes permanent. Across your first two months you pay £153.50 instead of £307.

Everyone else pays the standard £149 to set up, then £79 a month, bought inside the app. The founder rate is unlocked by a founder code, and there are five of them.

Before you ask

There's a second bill. Here it is.

Most people find this out three emails in. I'd rather you found it out now, on the price page.

You'll also pay Anthropic, in your own name.

Boshworks Studio runs on Claude, made by Anthropic. That subscription is about £17 a month and it's bought by you, on your card, in your name. I never touch it.

  • Boshworks Studio, month three on£79
  • Your Claude subscription, to Anthropic~£17
  • What you're actually spending, a month~£96

Why it's in your name and not mine:

  • Your business's information stays yours. It sits on your machine, on your account. It doesn't pass through me, and I couldn't hand it to anyone if I wanted to.
  • You can walk away and keep everything. Stop paying me and the workspace, your files and your history are still on your computer. You're not renting your own business back off me.
  • You're not paying me a markup on it. If I bundled it, you'd be paying my price for it. £17 is what it costs.

The honest downside: it's two bills, not one, and you have to set the Claude one up. That takes about five minutes and I do it with you on the install.

What you get

A workspace that runs the boring half of your business.

Set up around your trade, your prices and your wording. You talk to it in plain English. You never see code.

  • Quotes written while the job's still warm.

Describe it in a sentence, get an itemised quote in your format and your prices. Check it and send it instead of losing another evening to it.

  • It tells you who owes you, and writes the chase.

Every invoice tracked, the overdue ones flagged, the polite nudge drafted in your voice. You send it in two taps instead of putting it off for three weeks.

  • Enquiries stop going quiet and dying.

Every lead logged the moment it lands, and the ones that have gone cold surfaced with a light, ready-to-send nudge. One revived job pays for the year.

  • Your week, your money and your jobs in one place.

What's booked, what's owed, what's due back in. One screen instead of five apps and a notes app you've stopped trusting.

  • It gets better every week, without you doing anything.

Improvements land in your workspace as they're built. You're not buying a finished thing, you're buying something that keeps going.

The other half of the deal

What I want back.

The price is lower because you're early and early is genuinely useful to me. Here's exactly what I'm asking for, and none of it is a contract.

  1. ONE

The truth, including the bad bits

What confused you, what you never opened, what you expected and didn't get. The complaints are the valuable part — polite feedback is no use to me.

  2. TWO

A few sentences, if it earns them

A short testimonial in your own words, only once it's actually helped. If it never does, you owe me nothing and I'd rather know why.

  3. THREE

    Permission to tell your story

What your week looked like before, and after. Anonymous is fine if you'd rather not be named — the numbers matter more than the logo.

Being early has a cost. Here it is.

Boshworks Studio is built, tested and working, and it's what I run my own businesses on every day. But you'd be among the first people outside my own desk using it, so you will find rough edges I haven't hit yet.

What you get in exchange: the person who answers your email is the person who builds it. There's no support queue and no ticket number. When something breaks, it usually gets fixed that night.

If that trade doesn't appeal, wait six months and pay full price for a smoother ride. That's a completely reasonable choice and I'd rather say so now than sell you something you'll resent.

How it works

Four steps, and one of them is me driving.

No sales call, no demo booking, no "let's get you on a discovery". You email me, and if it's a fit you get a code.

  1. STEP 1

    Email me

Tell me what your business does and which bit of the admin you hate most. I'll tell you straight whether this would help you or not.

  2. STEP 2

    You get a founder code

If it's a fit and there's a seat left, I send you one. It's the code that unlocks the founder price — without it the app charges the standard £149.

  3. STEP 3

    Download and enter it

Boshworks Studio is a free download. You sign in, and put the code in at the checkout. That's where the price changes.

  4. STEP 4

I set it up with you

An hour, in person or on a screen-share. I don't leave until something real has come out of it — a quote sent, an invoice chased.

One email
